04 Oct

Denninger Catches this one – TEXAS AG STEPS UP  – Oh Yeah – now the rest of you State AG’s Better Hurry up and Follow the lead… Before it catches you and costs you your job!

Calling for a halt to foreclosures:

The Texas Attorney General’s office called for a halt on all foreclosures today amid widespread scrutiny over the way foreclosures are processed nationwide.

Notices to suspend foreclosures were sent to 27 loan servicers doing business in Texas, including Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase & Co. The office would not release the list of companies that received notices.

The state office also called for a halt on the sales of properties previously foreclosed upon and all evictions of people living in previously foreclosed upon properties.

The rule of law appears to matter in Texas.

Funny how it doesn’t in Florida, BILL MCCOLLUM!

Well yes the rule of law does apply, but it also applies to making house payments on a note signed by an adult.

Elmer: The rule of law also applies when the loans, terms and documentation of those loans was conceived and perpetrated in fraud by the lenders: fraud is fraud and no one owes on loans which are based in fraud and deception…
